GRANT SPANIER (that’s me) is a director & photographer (directographer™) + creative director living & working in LOS ANGELES, CA.

Primarily I’m a filmmaker — directing music videos, commercials, and narrative. Additionally, a large part of my work is in artist photography + creative direction and shooting (stills) for commercial brands + editorials.

I am 1/2 of the creative studio/duo nice_direction™.

In 2018 I was recognized by Kodak and the International Center of Photography in New York as one of nine “Emerging Analog” film photographers worldwide.
